Amok Trey

This dish contains steamed fish fillet in banana leaves with coconut milk, peanuts, eggs and a mixture of traditional Kroeung spices. This dish is served with hot rice and is a popular dish in the Water Fall Festival (New Year celebration).

Yao Hon

A variation of hotpot includes vegetables, rice noodles, shrimp, squid, meat and sauce, then simmered in coconut water. The unique way of cooking has helped the dish both fat and fragrant coconut water, both sweet and meaty.

Cha Khnhei

This dish consists of stir-fried chicken with vegetables, chili, hash ginger and sauce. Sometimes, with other variants, local people replace chickens with frog legs or eels.
